Member Rich Giacoppo on his recent trip to Italy: Rich wrote, "This photo is of me with two Italian Carabineri Officers near the Coliseum in Rome. I went by the American Embassy and saw that it was surrounded by heavily armed soldiers on foot with a tank at each corner of the building. These tanks had huge machine guns mounted to the top turret with a soldier with his hands on the grips at all times. On top of the building there were a dozen or so snipers. I'm told this is a 24-7 full alert status at all times. And we think we live under stress and pressure. God bless our soldiers!!!!"
