Safety is Everyone's Responsibility!

October 2008 Meeting Notes

The October meeting was hosted by Ofc. Paul Corcoran of Lowell PD at the Lowell Police Training Center.  The main speakers included Terry Downes, Marcie Barnes, and Audrey Nahabedian, all of Middlesex Community College.  Each discussed the variety of programs offered at MCC – public safety seminars, basic computer training, law enforcement computer training, and fun, extra curricular programs.  MCC really does a fantastic job at keeping up with the times and focusing a number of things on the Law Enforcement Field.  As one who has personally taken the courses and attended the seminars, I would strongly recommend getting up to Lowell for the events!  If anyone is interested in something specific and would like to see a class…just let them know!
