Safety Town
August 23-27, 2010

The Burlington Police is running an event called “Safety Town” and this is the 40th year the BPD has run this at the Burlington Mall. We set up a small “town” and have children walk and ride big wheels through to teach them about pedestrian safety as well as bike safety. Children will also get on a school bus and learn some basics about school bus safety. It is a great way to help the children be safe going back to school. It is for children who are entering kindergarten or first grade.

Children must pre register by calling the mall office at 781-27-8668 and will need to wear sneakers and bring a bike helmet.

Classes are August 23-27, Monday through Thursday from 09:00 – 10:00 AM.
